SPORTS

The JV football team won an excellent game against Midland High 41-36! The winning touchdown was scored with 1:00 remaining in the 4th quarter on a pass from Jack Bakus to Caden Chritz.  Evan Chronowski intercepted Midland High's pass on the following drive to secure the victory. Overall, Jack Bakus was 15-23 passing for 309 yards and 5 TDs and ran 12 times for 121 yards and another TD. Caden Chritz caught 7 passes for 162 yards and 4 TDs. Tucker Pomranke had 5 catches for 94 yards and a TD and Aiden Wardell had 3 carries for 34 yards.  This was a total team effort with the offensive line doing an amazing job blocking up front. Garret Wilson, Jacob Cluff, Nick Courier, and Mitchell Skoczylas all played well on defense for the Chargers. This was a great year for us and our final record is 7-2.
